How do I make amendments on my reservation or cancel the entire reservation after it is submitted?
You may advise us either by email, phone or fax to our reservation office that confirmed your reservation. To trace your booking, please state the date of your arrival indicated in your original booking.
If I cancel or change my on-line reservation, will I get a refund or credit?
When you receive our confirmation letter, it is stated that your booking is guaranteed and in the event of a cancellation, one night room charge will be charged to the guest/company.
Will I be charged a night's stay if I miss my reservation/arrive late?
Reservation with credit card guarantee/pre-payment will be held until 6.00 pm. In the event of check-in after 6.00 pm, you are required to inform your expected time of arrival with the hotel directly; failing which a one night cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Can I check-in early ? Can I check-out late?
Please note that each Holiday Villa location has its own arrival and departure policy. Requests for an early check-in is subject to room availability. However, you can store your luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room is available. Please contact with our front desk personnel for extended check-out time charges.
