The city hotel, named Holiday Villa Hotel and Residence City Centre, Doha is strategically located in the heart of Doha city and is ten minutes drive from the Qatar International Airport.
The hotel positions itself as a total premier integrated business complex offering 4 star hotel accommodation with 5-star facilities which include hotel rooms and suites, service apartments, recreational facilities, food & beverage outlets and offices. Holiday Villa Hotel & Residence Doha when fully completed will feature a total of 734 luxurious rooms comprising 358 guestrooms and 376 service apartments; each is well equipped with modern hi-tech conveniences. It will consists of standard one bedroom, Executive Suites & Royal Suite. The service apartments units will house one, two and three bedrooms which are ideal for both business and leisure travellers with families.
The Prima Executive Club, located at the 10th & 11th Floor of the hotel, offers business people an extra measure of privacy and all the personal attention of highly trained butlers with a private lounge and dining area on the 11th floor and a choice of rooms or suites to choose from with a combined elegance , comfort and state of art technology. Discerning business travellers will have the privileges of private check-in and check-out services provided by the hotel.
For dining, the hotel will operate a Chinese & Specialty Restaurant (Halal), an International Restaurant, Lobby Bar and 24 hours room service.
Recreational facilities at the hotel include a swimming pool, health care and a gymnasium. In addition a total of 39 units (5400 sq metres.) of commercial area averaging 130 sq metres per unit will be located at the ground floor of all the apartment units offering Hair & Beauty Salon, Nursery, Bank, Supermarket, Gift Shop, Coffee Bar, Specialty Restaurant, Health Spa Treatment Center, Internet Games room, Children’s playroom, Laundry, Jewellery and Boutiques.
There will be two meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 120 persons, a banquet/conference hall that can accommodate up to 300 persons, three units of business board meeting rooms and a full business center to handle all the meeting requirements. In addition, secretarial services will be available.
