Mr Razali Masri is accountable for the overall general maintenance of the building property as well as product quality.

This division is responsible for the preservation and protection of the hotel’s assets through our very own ‘Villa Care’ program, preventive maintenance systems implementation, comprehensive facility inspections and cost-effective long term asset planning programmes.

Along with these functions, Mr Razali is also responsible for hotel pre-opening activities, and oversees concurrent activities at the project site and reports any deviation from the normal pre-opening practices planned for the hotel.
