Holiday Villa Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel chain in Malaysia had soft opened a new luxurious international class hotel in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The 5-star hotel, named Xiongsen Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Chenzhou is located in the province of Hunan.
Developed by Changhua Construction Group, one of Hunan's top privately owned corporation , Xiongsen Holiday Villa is located south of the prosperous Wuling Square in the new City Centre of Chenzhou .Wuling Square is the focal point for the city’s residents for relaxation and recreational needs. It is ten minutes drive from the city's railway station and Jingzhu Highway that runs from Zhuhai to Beijing and very near to the National Highway 107.
