- Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival till departure.
- Take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through.
- Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintains an up to date knowledge of hotel and local services as well as promotes hotels’ outlets and special events/promotions
- Possesses University/College degree/diploma.
- Familiarity with Internet/MS Office applications and related IT preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Pleasant and hospitable personality.
- Good command of English and German are a must.
