Guest Services Manager/Executive (German Speaking)

Location : Langkawi, Kedah Malaysia   (Full-time/Fixed Term Contract)   Job Responsibilities :
  • Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival till departure.
  • Take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
  • Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through.
  • Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintains an up to date knowledge of hotel and local services as well as promotes hotels’ outlets and special events/promotions.
  Job Requirements :
  • Possesses University/College degree/diploma.
  • Familiarity with Internet/MS Office applications and related IT preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
  • Pleasant and hospitable personality.
  • Good command of English and German are a must.

  4. PC literacy and knowledge of Hotel PMS and IT based accounting system an advantage.
