Guest services manager/executive Location: Langkawi, Kedah Malaysia (Full-time/Fixed Term Contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival till departure.
  • Take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
  • Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through.
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Location: Langkawi, Kedah Malaysia Full-Time

Requirement:

  1. ACCA, Degree holder in Accounting or Finalist of any recognized Accountancy Body.
  2. At least three (3) years working experience in related field.
  3. Must have good interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities & able to work independently.
  4. PC literacy and knowledge of Hotel PMS and IT based accounting system an advantage.
SALES EXECUTIVE Location: Malaysia Full-Time

Requirement for position :-

  • must have experience in Hotel Sales
  • strong contacts in Corporate and Government accounts
  • salary negotiable
